Healthy Diet Tips by uiichuwie                                                                                                                                           For those of you who want to diet should not consume drugs or anything related to the diet because the drug was not the right way to diet drugs only reduce the liquiddiet alone does not reduce fat. The following tips by Uii :  1.  If you want to try the diet early in the morning  breakfest potatoes, milk,apples together   because according to experts potatoes and apples are food for the diet to provide energy while the milk.         2. Try to get used to eating boiled vegetables or making bean   soup3. Eat less rice like at night, but replace it with brown rice                                                           4. Do not eat instant noodles        5. Sports skyping every 15 minutes every day.Hopefully these tips can help ala UII, if things go wrong and apologize distasteful Because perfection is owned ALLAH
